iPhone: Go to your homescreen, hold the Home button, tap the lock button on top and it will save to your Photos.
Android: Seems to be less universal/more complicated, but we’ll keep posting links as we find more. Some apps let you do this easily though.
WebOS: Users of the Pre can use the Orange-SYM-P combination to get a screenshot. More here
Blackberry: Also nothing universal, but seems as though there a variety of options. Good article here.
